No issues with these at all. Amazing mic quality!
Only thing to note is left earbud doesn't work alone. You need to use both or just the right alone.
But great fit, sound quality and call quality.

Edit: I stand corrected. You can use the left without the right.
Thank you for the lesson everyone. I had them for years and never knew I can adjust the settings to do so in the Sony app!

Do your own research but the battery life went off a cliff about 2 months ago after a firmware update. Now they get literally 15 minutes of battery life. Kind of frustrating and now I'm looking for something else. For the pluses, they are tiny and the noise cancellation is decent so I otherwise liked them a lot.

These earbuds have been on my want list. I am tempted to buy, but don't want ones with a dead battery or bonus ear wax.

Not sure what you mean by left one doesn't work alone. I have this and either side works independently. Call quality wise, I don't have as good luck. On Teams call all the time and people can hear all the noise on my side usually. I use it anyway due to the comfort level.

This is not true. There is a setting you can mess with to use one at a time.

I bought XM4s from Secondipity a little over two years ago, and only in the last month has one of the batteries stopped holding charge. I'll roll the dice again at this price. Thanks!

You can get left earbud to work alone, you just have to take the assistant off the left earbud

I bought these last time and they offer great sound and noise cancellation. Only issue I have is the sound is not even left or right when music starts playing. A simple up or down in the volume fixes the issue

I don't think I'll buy anything from Secondipity any more. The last earbuds I got from them have batteries that only last about 20 minutes
